Automated export to the Ensembl is under development and will be available soon.

In the meantime, the following work-around will transfer region sets from EpiExplorer into Ensembl:

1. Copy the following link to the tab-separated dataset into the clipboard:
   http://epiexplorer.mpi-inf.mpg.de/relay.php?type=exportRegionsAndSendBack&exportType=UCSC&regiontype=%22+%20regiontype+%20%22&query=%22+%20query+%20%22&genome=%22+%20settings[%22genome%22]+%20%22


2. Paste this link into the 'File URL' field of the Ensembl upload form
   
3. Set 'Data format' to 'bed' and add a name for this dataset'
   
4. Press the 'Upload' button to import the region file into Ensembl
